“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay to go UTV riding and the trails in the area did not disappoint! It was a bonus to ride directly from the house. So many trails we hardly scratched the surface. We also ventured out and enjoyed local Cliff Dwelling tour. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this Spanish Lake Roosevelt home. The house was beyond perfect, providing everything we needed and more. “Erin was responsive to inquiries. House was clean, beds were comfy, had basic necessities. There was a small front yard with covered porch, which was nice. The neighborhood was tight. Houses extremely close together and many dilapidated but mostly quiet, some barking dogs. The neighbor's house next to the driveway had a carport with a metal roof that flopped around in the wind.
