“The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also……

“Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big……

“we are group of 6, booked two rooms. the design of the shower area in both rooms is really bad, only half partition, water run outside during shower and we need to clean the toilet floor everytime after used. and the tv has no preset channel, nothing to see. for the other facilities, everything works well. staff at the front desk is efficient and nice. happy stay, thank you!”

“Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer.”
