About this property

Charming Retreat

  • Ideal for up to four people, this apartment is located on the first floor of a two-unit building. It has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dinning table. It has a nice fully fenced yard and two parking spaces in front of the house. It is fully furnished and includes all utilities, wi-fi and laundry. Located in a cute cul-de-sac from a quiet neighborhood, just 1/2 mile from the beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. There is a central heat system for the winter and window a/c units for the summer. The laundry is shared and is located in the basement. FYI there is another apartment upstairs and it is occupied by other tenants and there may be some ambient noise that travel through the walls and ceiling (both ways).
