We had all 4 seasons during our 6 night visit and although we were challenged operating the air/heat mini splits, the host immediately set temperatures of each room for us, several times. “Spent 5 days at the house and it was lovely with a mesmerizing view of the open ocean. Extremely quiet location tucked away perfectly. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. (We did not use the lower floors' 2 bedrooms/bath so I can't speak to that.) Low allergen house with no rugs and leather furniture...a dream come true for anyone with allergies (like me ) and aesthetically lovely.
