Tolle Unterkunft, leider sehr kleine Küche
Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, fußläufig zum Strand. Sehr gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse. Die vielen Mücken vor Ort wurden durch Fliegengitter abgehalten. Ein zum Zimmer gehörender, nummerierter Parkplatz ist ebenso vorhanden. Die "Küche" liegt leider im ca. 2 qm großen Flur, so dass das Geschirrspülen ohne Spülmaschine sich schwierig gestaltete (das Abtropfgitter musste quasi auf den Herd gestellt werden). Zum Glück ;-) war gerade so Geschirr für 5 Personen vorhanden.

Der Balkon war völlig verdreckt, aus den Fußbodenplatten wuchsen Grasbüschel raus. Die Kissenbox auf dem Balkon und der Fußboden waren mit Grünspahn übersät. Durch die Fenster zu schauen war für uns, als ob draussen Nebel ist.Mein Mann und ich haben dann den großen Balkon 4 Stunden lang geschrubbt und gesäubert, dann war dieser wirklich toll! Eine schöne Geste war, dass dafür uns vom Hausmeister die Kurtaxe erlassen wurde!!! Mein Mann hat den Staubsauger notdürftig repariert,Herdplatte gerissen

Die Whg. besteht aus 1 WZ und 1SZ. Der Balkon ist verdreckt und das WZ-Fenster sehr schmutzig. Die WZ-Wand ist mit Schmutzstreifen versehen. Die Küchenausstattung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Bei 5 Personen würde ich ein großes Fragezeichen setzen. Der Zustand des Balkons/Terrasse ist nicht akzeptabel.

Wohnung schon sauber groß Größe Familie oder zwei Paare wirklich gut außer Terrasse groß gute sitz Möglichkeiten auch zum sonnenbaden. Aber leider sehr ungepflegt gehört wirklich gereinigt Gras spinnen usw die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber alles io

FEWO mit einigen Mängeln
Terrasse unaufgeräumt und schmutzig, Fensterrahmen außen schwarz verschmutzt. WLAN nicht möglich trotz Ausschreibung, wurde auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht frei geschaltet. FEWO wurde von uns extra wegen freiem WLAN gebucht!

Schönes großes Appartement mit geräumiger Terasse
Ein schönes geräumiges Appartement mit einer großen Terrasse. Alles, was wir brauchten war vorhanden, sogar eine bequeme Rolliege. Zwei große Zimmer, Platz genug für alle.
Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Wohnung und Einrichtung sauber, Kücheninventar teilweise nicht abgewaschen.
Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Nur das Geschirr und das Besteck war teilweise nicht abgewaschen.
