「Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again.」

「The level of cleanliness was fantastic, the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main square with coffee shops on the door step. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. A very pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
We had room only as we enjoy a light breakfast in a busy coffee shop.」

「A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well.
A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.」

「Host messaged me on whatsapp about check in instructions. The location was absolutely ideal, right next to a big shopping mall and Krokow train station, walking to old town is about 20 minutes. House was very clean, equipped with basics, it was definitely nice to have AC in Europe. The only thing I wish were more pillows. It was overall a very comfortable stay.」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot. However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」
