The holiday home is located in the hiking area of Gmunden on the east bank of the Traunsee with direct access to the private bathing area at the foot of the Traunstein. It is 5km from the center of Gmunden and is the excellent starting point for numerous hiking, mountaineering and climbing opportunities.
The house is newly renovated and furnished and has 2 double and 1 single rooms, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with toilet and fully equipped kitchen.
