"The house was cute and comfortable and had nice yard space. Unfortunately it was not very cleanly. We found multiple dirty socks left in the house and dust and crumbs under the bed. The owners had the house sprayed for bugs the day before so there were dead cockroaches around. We also discovered two unrefrigerated packets of cookie dough inside one of the dresser drawers, one of which was opened. The house sleeps 6 but there were only 4 forks in the whole house and very little dishes. Ok for the price but not ideal. "

"Beautiful views of the lake. Clean and sturdy dock leading to the water. Great meeting space and updated TV’s for casting devices. Fast internet. Responsive and attentive host. I’ll stay there again for sure."

"Hands down the best place we've stayed. We had a group of us down for The Masters and this served as a great home base. Location was great: 10 minutes to grocery stores and bar/food options. 25 minutes to downtown Columbia. 25 minutes to Timberlake Country Club. 75 minutes to Augusta and 90 minutes to Charlotte. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of small details that made the stay very enjoyable.Had an issue with the hot tub and owner fixed it as soon as they could. Landscaping is so beautiful.If you need a large place with plenty of room, this is THE place. "

"This property was clean and very spacious. We had some trouble with the door code at check in but it was immediately resolved by reaching out to the rental contact. We had no other issues at the property. I do have two suggestions, the back gate was not closed properly when we arrived (a hazard for those bringing pets, the lock needs to be repaired) and it seemed a few of the kitchen items were in need of replacement (cookie sheets and some utensils). The backyard area is great for a dog (after we lashed the gate closed) and nice to hang out in. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet (we took our dog for a walk through several times). The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice and hot. Overall we had a great stay - in fact we plan on booking this property again next time as we have now have family in the area to visit. We appreciate the host's attention to detail - we had a great time. "
