「We arrived early in the morning after a long journey. We asked if it was possible to check in earlier, but we were told that check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM. There was also no place to store our luggage, so we had to sit and wait from the morning until 3:00 PM before we could check in. The room was clean and included a kitchen and a bathroom.
