Luxury & stylish detached villa (1.200 m2). The private villa has an amazing view on a big nature park, which is located in front of the house.
It is very peaceful around the house, where you spot ducks, storks, deer and birds.

Accommodates up to 10 people. Also ideal for smaller groups or couples for a short break or weekend away.
The villa is suitable for nature lovers, but also within a short distance in the center of Tilburg and lots of pittoresk villages which you can visit.

Free Wifi.

The villa has extensive views over a landscaped park, in the vicinity of woods, moors and fens. The Belgian border (5 km).

Eindhoven / Breda / Den Bosch / Anwerpen / Brussels can be reached easily by public transport.

Around the house is a beautiful, private, large enclosed garden with two terraces, gasbarbecue and deck chairs.

The villa has two spacious lounges, separated by a glass trendy fireplace, luxurious furnishings and a fully fitted kitchen, utility room, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.

There are two floors with five bedrooms. The top floor has a large balcony overlooking the park.

The villa is wheelchair accessible with a master bed- and bathroom on the ground floor.

All rooms on the ground floor have French doors to the garden.

Traveling with younger children; the villa has 3 pack and plays, 1 box, high chair and stroller.

Bus connection within walking distance (200 meters).

Tilburg train station 10 minutes from bus / car.

Leuke vakantiewoning voor 10 personen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is de moeite waard voor te wandelen. Supermarkt dicht in de buurt. Bij slecht weer zwembad op korte afstand.

Super vriendenweekend!

Ik heb samen met 9 vrienden een weekend in het huis van Désirée mogen verblijven. Het is een erg mooi en net huis. Het ontbrak ons nergens aan. Het was erg schoon en luxe! Veel ruimte om het huis heen, mooie natuur en Tilburg dichtbij. Bedankt voor een topweekend!

Quiet scenic charm with gentle hospitality

Everything was as advertised and then some. The house is well sorted and spacious with lots of amenities and places to relax and enjoy. We were welcomed with a spread of secret treats and a house tour. We were there when the local shepherd brought in sheep to trim the greenery across the street, it was like seeing an living oil painting.. We followed Desiree’s suggestion and visited the local amusement park, what a great place! Highly recommended!

Schönes Objekt jedoch nicht für mehr als 6 Personen geeignet

Anscheinend haben die umliegenden Nachbarn etwas gegen die Vermietung des Hauses. Sofern sich 10 Personen im Garten aufhalten, entsteht eine gewisse Lautstärke, diese findet dort jedoch keine Akzeptanz und es wird sich direkt bei der Vermieterin beschwert, ohne das direkte Gespräch mit einem zusuchen. Jedoch war das für die Vermieterin Grund genug die Kaution einzubehalten... Für 4 Personen, die sich leise im Garten verhalten, absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Anreise mit 9 Personen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine Hausführung bekommen. Uns wurde sehr viel zur Verfügung gestellt. Gewürze, Gas für den bestehenden Grill, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc., es war alles da! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich. Wir haben das Wochenende sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dorthinfahren. :)

Wij hebben een heerlijk familieweekend hier gehad. Bij de aankomst stond er een taart en een lekker drankje op ons te wachten, wat een erg mooi welkom is. Verder zijn wij goed geholpen met leuke activiteiten en verliep de communicatie erg soepel. Een aanrader!

Vielen herzlichen Dank für den überaus freundlichen Empfang und den wunderbaren Geburtstagstisch mit Spezialtäten aus Holland. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Gästen hat es ebenso gut gefallen. Die Feier war wirklich gelungen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sogar einen großen Gasgrill konnten wir nutzen, ein Traum. Wir haben wirklich nichts auszusetzen und unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Wir können Ihre Villa nur uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn sich die Gelegenheit dazu bietet. Viele Grüße aus Köln, Barbara und Thomas
