「Please note that this was our first time staying in an RV. We arrived way after dark to a dark RV and were clueless on how to turn on the lights. None of the switches worked, so we used our phones as flashlights. It was only an overnight stay, so we slept and showered and left early.」

「This place is the perfect getaway for 2, or even several couple if you book with other couples (there are other close neighbors in a similar styled space who you share common outdoor space with). We definitely saw our neighbors but everyone was respectful of each other and kept to themselves. The hot tub and gas fire pit are private and right outside your door. 「Upon arrival it looked like property was abandoned. Weeds 3-4 ft tall all around bldg. Only 1 key provided. Apt was worn - lots of stains on MBR carpet, dining table had water and other stains all over, freezer door wobbly, ice maker broken, dishwasher top rack broken, only one night stand in bedrooms with very small lamp, small lamps in main room so had to use bright ceiling lights in order to read. 「We love the ocean. We live in-land, so to be on the beach is such a treat. It sits up on the bluff but has stairs down to a very private beach. Beautiful!! Our dog ran and played.. he had a ball! The house is beautiful, but a bit stark, but definitely pet friendly. If your group is into games or plays cards, bring them with you. There aren't any available. Same with books...bring your own because there isn't much of a library. There are windows for great views and lots of light. Loved...

「This is a lovely, small cabin up on a hill with a beautiful view of the Rogue River. It had everything we needed for our one night stay. Just a note, the driveway up to the cabin is extremely steep and there is no flat driveway at the top, and no street parking. We did not feel comfortable parking our car there and were able to park it on the flat driveway next door with permission from the owner.」
