「本次住宿我支付了 AUD 384，但整體體驗卻極為失望。 首先，房間內竟未提供基本備品——吹風機。當晚櫃台已關閉，我致電飯店僅被告知需等到隔天早上 9:30 之後才能提供，對於當下急需使用的情況毫無協助。最終我不得不向其他房客借用，極為不便，且令人感到尷尬。 顯然此為貴方工作疏失，忘記於房內擺放設備。但更令人在意的是，整個過程中飯店方面並未給予任何道歉或合理處理，完全忽視客人感受與基本服務品質。」

「As a whole, we have a satisfying and comfortable stay in here. The location is very convincing which is just right next to the Glink tram station and the beach. Everything is neat and tidy, the room is well-appointed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The ocean view is breathtaking as well. The only thing is that the corridor light inside the room burnt out but it doesn’t really cause a big problem. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.」

「Beach view was stunning and just what we wanted. However unit was not as advertised - luxurious it was not. Dishwasher full of dishes clean but not put away. Woken on first morning by jack hammer on wall behind bed in next door unit. Although promised no thurs Fri or sat and Sunday work would be happening only sat and sun free of noise. We should have been informed by owner that this was going to be happening and offered different dates. Only one towel each for two weeks, no bath mats or face...
