Very disappointing with this Gold Coast stay

- unprofessional in all way -did not receive the key on my check in - disrespectful to the customers - not plenty of utensils - will never stay again to ruin my holiday Many more tgings to say, but i would avoid saying in public

Apartment was great! Communication excellent. The lock box where key is located is on a street you can't pull over on so park on st. next to it and walk. The 2 bins in bathrooms are pretty rusty and could use replacing but other than that the apartment is in great condition. The second bedroom has bed pushed right up against the wardrobe so if you were staying a long tine and wanted access to it, could be a bit of an issue but we were only there a couple of nights so was fine for us. Would stay again for sure.
