Occupancy:
• Maximum of 4 guests (including children aged 2 and above).
• Infants under 2 stay free (BYO baby linen, port-a-cot, highchair & stroller).

Pre check-in security:
• ID verification will be required.
• T&Cs will need to be signed before your stay is confirmed.

Check-in:
• Between 2pm and 10pm (no after-hours).
• Self check-in key collection from Broadbeach grocer.
• Early check-in subject to availability.

Check-out:
• By 10am (strict).
• Key to be returned to Broadbeach grocer.

Linen & Towels:
• Premium bath linen provided (1 towel per guest, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom).
• Additional linen available for hire upon request.

Self-Contained Stay:
Enjoy full access to a modern kitchen, internal laundry and all essentials for a comfortable independent stay. No mid-stay housekeeping service is provided.

• Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere within the apartment or complex grounds.
• Strictly no parties or events.
• Please respect the building and neighbours at all times.

Security Deposit:
A fully refundable $500 security deposit is required prior to check-in and will be returned within 24 hours of departure, provided house rules and check-out instructions are followed.
