This 2 story house has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Its located nearby hope island marina canal and isn't too far away from many daily activities. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double garage. The house has all amenities from the kitchen, the lounge room, dining area, alongside a beautiful jungle themed backyard. The villa is in a complex which is located next to the Park Cove Marina, people who like fishing can enjoy fishing at it's broad walk way.10 mins to Harbour Town shopping outlet
- 12 mins to Movie world, Wet N Wild, top golf and other Theme Parks.
- 25 mins to Surfers Paradise.
- 5 mins to Hope Island Market Square which is the local Town center, Dominos, Subway, Carl burger, Thai food, Chinese food and more.
