「Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.」

We loved the facilities and the view from the back patio! We would love to stay there again, but do to my 71 year old husband's mobility issues, the steppings to the patio entrance were difficult for him to traverse.」

「Place was clean. Honestly we weren’t there long to give much of a review. Stayed with a couple high school friends that I met up with We stayed one night and only slept there and got ready for an event we all had to be at by 11a. Since we needed 3 rooms this was way cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. The others got there before I did and said it was easy to get in. The screened in porch was nice and gave my other friends some privacy for a web meeting she needed to attend.」

「We asked to check in just a bit early and they were not accommodating. While we were waiting outside the property waiting to check in, the cleaning crew showed up 30 minutes prior, and did not appear to do much cleaning. I’m unsure why they couldn’t have accommodated. Also when the crew left they didn’t even acknowledge us to say we could go in. One of the TV’s in the bedrooms was nonfunctional and when I asked for assistance, they sent maintenance out and ended up providing a Roku, but expected...
