Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very warm with no AC and the fan too loyd for sleeping. Being ground floor we couldnt leave the patio door open at night. We reported the shower head, kettle and coffee machine all non functioining. It was OK for a one night stay en route to Banff but needs updating.

We liked how quiet the unit was. there was a decent amount of kitchen stuff compared to other suites i have stayed. I also liked that the ensuite bathroom door was far enough from the bed you couldn't really see much light. I wish i noticed there wasn't a/c but atleast there were fans . the bathtub drain was pretty clogged and the screen door was pretty hard to open and close. But those we just tiny, normal issues i'm sure will get fixed.

We were a little disappointed with how the elevator wasn't working, and having to check in at another hotel, however it was a good room to stay in for one night.

We loved our stay at Palliser Lodge. The room was well equipped and the bed was great. The view from room 311B was stunning - looking out toward the mountains. We made good use of the balcony for our breakfasts and dinners. We would definitely recommend the Lodge and stay here again.

Had a fabulous vacation. The property was beautiful and lively with outdoor music, breakfast bagels on the patio & watching mountain bikers wind their way down the mountain. Grizzly Bear refuge was a highlight and enjoying the private hot tub on the balcony of our suite.

Nice mountain resort experience. Here for just one night so did not get to do all of the things, but used kitchen facilities and did some laundry as near end of our road trip. Very comfortable.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding nature. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back!

I wasn’t happy with the property because it was dirty . We were at a wedding at the resort that started at four. They had rules about giving me the key early. I understood that and we went into the room after the wedding at 1 am. There was a used tooth floss pick in the sink and in the room on the counter was the cover of someone’s razor. We checked out a day early because if didn’t know if they skipped other things like the sheets . Made me uneasy. I told the front desk just so they know the room wasn’t clean. She said I should have called them to come and clean it - at one am when we just wanted to sleep ?! I had already paid for it so I just took the loss and left. She offered me 13 dollars to cover the resort fee for the day that we left early. They couldn’t accommodate early check in due to cleaning of the rooms ( totally get that) but at one am and the room isn’t clean - that was unpleasant.

We were at Kicking Horse from June 24-26 and because it was before official summer holidays, not a lot of services were available. There was only one restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Cafe was not open (even though the person at the front desk told me it should be). The gondola is not working so no ability to go to the top of the mountain. My son had fun on the MTB trains on the lower half, which he got to by taking the ski lift. As for our accommodations, we were in the Palliser Lodge, which needs some maintenance. Most of the windows would not open - the opening mechanism seemed to be stripped and turning the window crank did nothing. I appreciated having a full kitchen but the stove didn’t consistently work. We also had a hot tub and I found broken glass on the balcony. A bit more care at cleaning and maintaining the rooms would make a huge difference.

Booked intp Palliser Lodge, check in was at Glacier Lodge. Upon arrival it was clear Palliser Lodge was unstaffed apart from housekeeping. I wasnt comfortable with that & the receptionist at Glacier Lodge was very kind & provided me with a room at Glacier Lodge. It was a very comfortable room, quiet room.
