Place itself is older but very cute and overall maintained save a few little things. Tried to buy a fan in town but no luck and property manager would not provide."

"We all loved the place very much, the house, the pool and all. A lot of nice places to sit, play a game, or just enjoy the moment. Table tennis, swing a rope... Very nice trees and nature. Close to the nice village of Cavalaire. Nice walk to the beach (beautiful, busy in summer). The only thing we missed a bit was airco in the downstairs bedroom (the weeks it was more than 30 degrees). We can’t wait to come back."

"Property is located on a very busy road with no footpath - a car is essential as it would be treacherous trying to cross the road or even walk along that side of the road - It is not safe or possible to walk anywhere. The property is compact with a small gap in the wall in the master bedroom into a shower which has a sink in the shower - I’ve never seen anything like it!
