It was a best hotel ever we attended. The staff is so caring and helpful. My elderly mother got badly sick and the hotel organised medical help and did not left her unattended for a minute. Will be coming there again for sure.

Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur mit sehr gut bewerten! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das nenne ich gastfreundlich! Super Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen (Menü á la carte). Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel übernachtet, wo sich so freundlich und gut um uns gekümmert wurde! Von Vorteil ist es natürlich auch, wenn man Russisch spricht (englisch geht auch). Ich werde wieder hier übernachten.

Hotel resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaş çık yardımcı olmayan suratsız bir kadın. Ayrıca restoran personel ilgisiz İngilizce bilmiyorlar oda kötü bu hotel kalmam. Bunları hotel yönetimine ifade ettim özür dileriz demekle yetindiler. Bu hotel kalmak mantıklı değil Tutum ve davranış değişmesi gerekiyor
