Family hotel
When we checked in the reception was nice . The room was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The owner was not friendly. I could not get any Wifi signal in our room. So bad. Only in the lobby.

Expensive hotel with good breakfast compared with any other hotels in Switzerland. No air conditioning but only have cooling system. Air conditioning is a must and critical requirement to choose hotel in Europe.
