Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und dafür sorgte, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Als schöne Überraschung haben wir ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und……

“Vi blev uppgraderade till ett större rum helt utan kostnad. Rummet var jättefint och välstädat. Gillade att det fanns balkong och minikyl. God mat på restaurangen och mysig miljö. Personalen, framförallt en kille va supertrevlig och hjälpte oss ringa runt när min mobil gått sönder för att få tag på flygbiljetterna. Han bokade även taxi till oss när vi skulle åka till Colombo. Rekommenderar verkligen ”

“Television was down. They had to replace a new one after inspection. It took a while to complete this. Our room was too close to the kitchen. The noise was transferred through the venting system. That needs to be improved.”

“This was our 2nd stay at the Asian Jewel. Our return was based on our previous experience which was lovely staff, good food, clean and spacious room. The location is out of town but was easy/cheap to get tuk tuks and being situated next to the lagoon allowed us to see lots of beautiful birds from our balcony. Would recommend and hope to return again.”
