“I wouldn't recommend this rental. The electronic door lock doesn't work right and it took 20 minutes to gain access. The apartment was not very clean (trash left in the trash cans and the floors were dirty), and there are no hand towels in the unit and limited bath towels and wash clothes, so we were drying our hands on a wash cloth and the paper towels from the kitchen. This is a corporate owned unit that is obviously being operated at a bare minimum price.”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……

“window air conditioner roaring Noise extreme. one in hall and only one in bedroom, other bedroom no air conditioner broken window in back bedroom bathroom door squeaks people standing at front door can see inside as you come out bathroom !!!!! cracks in walls and paint peeling soiled living room couch in kitchen only had 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 3 forks, 3 knives, couldn't have anyone over. couldn't get the washer to work, after contact with the owner, they were going to send repairman,……

“Very nice place to stay when in town. We worked remotely for a few days while attending a family reunion. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Quiet and the restaurant downstairs was convenient for lunch. ”
