「Good morning, I would like to request a refund.
I have multiple. Implants about our stay.
The bathroom was dirty, mildew on the ways, unpainted spots on the walls where the walls have been plastered and just left with while spots.
Our closet door was broken.
Our balcony sliding glass door didn’t lock.
There was dead roaches on the floor.
Check out is at 11 am and at 10 am someone was trying to open the door and walk in- what saved us was that I had placed the lock at the top of the door....
