"Rooms were clean and night staff was excellent. The morning staff member was a bit unfriendly when I pressed for a paper copy of the receipt. I was required to put a card on file for incidentals which was understand but when I asked for a receipt and was told that I couldn’t get one because I had paid through the 3rd party but I needed one to know there were no charges on my card over night.
