"room was a nice size, 2 double beds, desk and chair. No gym, pool closed for season"

"Black dirt on the grey floors in EVERY corner and along the edges. Surfaces on furniture looked clean enough. Hair in the shower when we got there so wasn’t mine. Staff could have cared less if we were there or not. Big black garbage can and big laundry thing right in the way as you get out of the elevator. Whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to get their vision checked and should probably be replaced. Sadly did not take any photos "

"The staff and hotel were excellent. Had issue with a bathtub not holding the water for a bath (leaked) and the fruit offered at breakfast was not fresh. Cannot rate the amenities; I did not utilize any. "

"The 1st room, I checked in to the bed was unmade and they had dirty wet towels on the floor. They switched rooms and they had several roaches on the counter and in the bathroom. I then went to the front desk and canceled my reservation and went to a clean and better hotel. And the price was better!!!!! "
