Nice mountain resort

Great choice in Lagkadia: modern hotel, comfy bed, good buffet breakfast with local products and nice spa zone with barrel sauna and mountain view. Good price-quality ratio.

The friendly staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner made this stay wonderful. The breakfast seating on the terrace offers an amazing view as does the hotel restaurant. I enjoyed great meals at dinner with a cozy fireplace in the hotel restaurant. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Lagkadia.

The location is excellent. Scenic and close to restaurants. The breakfast served by the hotel was our least favourite part. It was not very appetizing.

La décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres est absolument réussie. Les chambres sont de taille raisonnables et sont très propres. Le personnel est accueillant. La grosse déception est venue du restaurant situé en face et appartenant à l'hôtel. Alors qu'il était pratiquement vide, une femme est venue nous voir juste après que nous nous soyons installé et a commencé à énumérer les plats principaux très vite, comme si elle était pressée alors que nous étions quasiment les premiers clients du soir. Nous avons demandé la carte. On ne nous a pas proposé de commandé un apéritif. Nous avons fait notre choix mais sous la pression de la dame qui était pressée. Il y a ensuite eu une succession d'erreurs : on ne nous a pas servi les entrées en même temps et du vin blanc en cruche nous a été déposé au lieu d'un vin rouge en bouteille et quand on nous a apporté du vin rouge, il était en cruche. Un des plats était sensé être des spaghettis à la Bolognèse mais il n'y avait pas de boeuf ! Les plats étaient dans l'ensemble bons mais sans effort de présentation. Alors qu'il n'y avait que trois tables nous avons attendu de longues minutes avant qu'on s'occupe de nous pour le dessert. Pour finir, il y avait un cheveux sur un dessert. Restaurant très décevant alors qu'il ne faudrait pas beaucoup d'effort pour en faire quelque chose de bien car le potentiel est là.

We really surprised by how well maintained and updated the hotel was for its remote location. It was spacious and views were spectacular from our room or roof top patio. Our bed was very comfortable however our children's were 2 single pull out chairs that on second night they were accommodated with extra layer of cushion. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Multiple dinning rooms and great continental breakfast. Rooms and bath were spacious and clean. They had air conditioning.
