“Only one staff for entire building and one woman staffer at night is concerning. Several guests that were from a company were in a pickup by the sliding door barbecuing food and drinking. They weren’t loud but who barbecues where guests need to temporarily park to check in for their room. Totally unacceptable. Tv didn’t work and the 3rd night we had to complain about upstairs noise. Super disappointed!!! We came to visit family in Torrington and this experience wasn’t pleasant”

“I don’t know if this hotel was actually open or not. It looked like it was either being demolished or renovated, it was hard to tell. There was a desk I assumed was for check in but after numerous attempts to check in & to find an employee without success I left and got a room at another hotel. I’m never going to pay in advance again!!!”
