“Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.”

“I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it”

“The venue is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom suite and I loved the coffee bar and access to the large kitchen and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of communication during check-in and our stay. There’s no on-site staff, which can be tricky if you don’t have cell service. At one point, my son was locked out of his room due to a faulty door lock, and I couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. Thankfully, he was able to get in, but no……

“This was my first VRBO experience and I have to admit that I was very apprehensive, as was my sister, who is also a VRBO newbie. Upon entry we were thoroughly pleased and impressed. The decor and accommodations are very tastefully done and the home is spotless. The hosts are lovely. We’re co-ordinating our calendars for future visits and this will be our go to for hopefully many more years.”

“If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a remote location this beautiful treehouse in NH is the ideal spot. My wife had always dreamed about a getaway in a cabin during winter since she is from a tropical island. Being a treehouse, this was an added bonus. Very impressed with the amount of detail that went into the design. The hosts were extremely gracious and even allowed us to check in early since we were driving all the way from FL.
