Come and rest in the heart of nature, on a hectare of unfenced land in an old renovated barn of 85 m2.
The house is ideal for 4 people but offers 6 beds.
It has air conditioning and wifi access, but has all the charm of the old.
The covered terrace is ideal for spending evenings in the moonlight.

Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase.
One bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm beds and a 140 cm bed on a mezzanine.
The other bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm beds.
Shower room with walk-in shower, and separate wc.
Covered terrace, barbecue, deckchairs, table and garden chairs.

Access to the river for swimming 800 m, and many other beaches nearby.
Canoes / kayaks in Goudargues.
Horse riding and horse riding 200 m away.
Shops, pharmacy, medical center and post office in Goudargues 4 km away.

A hot stay

Ondanks dat het meerdere dagen 35 was, bleef het huis heerlijk koel dankzij de aico'sEn was er in de tuin altijd wel een tegen de zon beschut plekje te vinden. Van het passerend verkeer naar de manege heb je totaal geen last. Prima keuken, sanitair en overige voorzieningen .

Séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé un très, très bon séjour dans ce gîte adorable, rénové avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé et situé dans un jardin superbe. Toute la journée nous avons entendu les chants de rossignols, de loriots et d'autres oiseaux. Les propriétères nous ont fait un acceuil très chaleureux et nous aimerions revenir.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cet endroit, la propreté du gîte, l'accueil. Nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait à proximité, baignade , chemins de randonnées. Il est également facile de faire ses courses à Goudargues. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Ein tolles Grundstück mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen und ein schönes und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattestes Häuschen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great location, very peaceful

We had a wonderful week in this wonderful cottage, the owners were also very helpful and gave lots of great ideas. House is very clean and downstairs and both bedrooms air conditioned. Cozy villages less than a 10 minute drive away. The children and dog did a lot of swimming in the nearby Céze.

Excellent séjour

La maison de Valérie est absolument charmante et située dans un havre de paix et de verdure. Chambres très agréables et douillettes, cuisine très bien équipée, terrier jardin très agréables. Le tout couronné par un excellent accueil, nous recommandons donc vivement cette location.

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Alleinlage

Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Goudargues in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage. Es wurde mit viel Liebe und Blick für Details renoviert und dabei genau die richtige Ausgewogenheit zwischen moderner Ausstattung und Gemütlichkeit getroffen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten und allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Gerne haben wir hier jeden Abend gekocht - natürlich mit den regionalen Spezialitäten von den Märkten und den Agritourisme der Umgebung. So schmeckt der Urlaub gleich doppelt gut! Das Bad wurde modern in warmen Farben renoviert und ist mit der großen begehbaren Regendusche einfach perfekt. Auch in den Schlafzimmern fühlt man sich gleich wohl und genießt von den bequemen Betten den Blick auf die Zypressen, die vor dem Haus stehen. Der große Garten ist ebenerdig von der renovierten Terrasse begehbar, die Balkonmöbel sind hochwertig und bequem, und unter den vielen Bäumen findet man immer auch ein Schattenplätzchen, wenn man das wünscht. So verbringt man hier sehr gerne manch gemütliche Stunde zum Relaxen, Essen und Zusammensein. Wer mag kann hier auch grillen. Wir waren im Herbst dort. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass es auch im Sommer wegen der dicken alten Gemäuer im Haus kühl bleibt. Die vorbeifahrenden Autos zum Reiterhof haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört, denn so viele sind es wirklich nicht. Wenn mal Reiter vorbeikamen war es immer ein herzlicher Moment. Valerie ist eine sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ach wie gerne hätte ich Haus, Garten und die Umgebung mitgenommen. Aber so bleibt es was Besonderes, ein wunderbares Kleinod, das wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Goudargues sehr gerne wieder buchen! Danke Valerie für diese tolle Woche - et a bientôt! Wunderbares Südfrankreich

Nach einem äußerst freundlichem Empfang fanden wir ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus vor in Einzellage, nur eine kleine Straße führt direkt vorbei zu einem Reitbetrieb. Deswegen kommen auch regelmäßig Reiter vorbei- für mich als Pferdebesitzerin sehr schön! Goudargues ist ein sehr idyllisches Dörfchen mit ausgezeichneter Infrastruktur und sehr freundlichen Bewohnern. Wenn man ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht mit sehr schöner Umgebung, Wanderwege für ausgedehnte Hundespaziergänge, dann ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Huis op prachtige en rustige ligging nabij rivier.

Huis was zeer goed ingericht en al het nodige was aanwezig om te genieten van een prachtige en rustige vakantie. Goed gelegen nabij een rivier om te verfrissen en te zwemmen. Zeer vriendelijk eigenaars. Een adresje om zeker naartoe terug te komen. Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie.

Une maison parfaite pour se détendre

Tout était parfait du début au fin de notre séjour. La maison était très bien aménagée et équipée, et l’endroit était tranquil et parfait pour se détendre. Nous avons bien apprécié les petits détails comme l’éclairage extérieure. La propriétaire était super gentille même quand j’avais oubliée de l’appeler 30 minutes en avance de notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Flussnähe

Gut ausgestattet. Tolle Badestelle am Fluss zu Fuß erreichbar. Großer überdachter Außenbeleuchtung, riesigerer Garten, perfekt mit Kindern. Echte Alleinlage, liegt allerdings direkt an einer Zufahrtsstraße zu einem Reiterhof.
