“Loved staying at this property. It comfortably accommodated our 9 member family. The kitchen was super stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. But the lake front is what really makes this property outstanding. The lake itself is scenic, quiet, and amazingly clean. Kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, paddle board and small motorboat provided plenty of water activity. And we all loved the wood-fired hot tub! Plenty of lounges and Adirondack chairs, and picnic table made this the main hang out area. Not a……

“Great little camp! The place is tastefully decorated and is a great place to hang at the lake, swim, kayak, fish and all of the other lake stuff. It's a short drive to Watertown where we visited the Thomson park Zoo, had some pizza and just enjoyed the beautiful weather. It is also a short drive to Alexandria bay on the thousand island for a tour and other things. Some great hiking along the black river is also just a short drive . “This was right on the lake with a dock. There is a wonderful, comfy porch overlooking the pretty lake where you can read and relax! Fishing is a must!! Good and fun. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation as advertised. There is a campfire setup which was a nice way to wind down. The caretakers and the owner were responsive and very nice people!! We boated Black Lake and the St. Lawrence. Thousand Island was half an hour from there-spent time in Alexandria Bay!!……

“The location, house, and property were awesome. It would have been helpful to have some written instructions for operation of some of the equipment in the house (ceiling lights/fans, pellet stove, dishwasher). We did figure everything out, but it would have saved some time. Everyone agreed, the dishwasher has to go.”

“Very clean nice home. Only big suggestion is a propane grill rather then the small charcoal grill. Also shower door and regular door in bathroom of master bedroom need attention. Owner very accomadating. Would rent again- with hopes of different grill.”
