「There was no maid service, you had to take out your own garbage, weren't allowed to turn thermostat below 74, no ice machine, a room that was rated as accessible didn't have any handicap features except it had a wide enough door to get into the room. Won't stay there again.」

「I was disappointed in the Lakeside Inn overall! Clean but small rooms, ice maker not working and no help at the desk and no cart for luggage retrieval. I would not stay again.」

「When we first arrived , the line to check in took forever! I waited 47mins just to check in . The room was spacious,, somewhat clean to an extent , but it definitely needs an upgrade in the bathrooms , I was grossed out by the shower . Their towels doesn’t even seem like they were washed right , sadly . The facility all around smelled like poop and garbage. Their breakfast was very simple. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but everything was very vague. I even ended up checking out after one...
