「Great little place. Not far from Lava. The soda springs are a must. Pet friendly is the reason we stayed. Breakfast was delicious. The hostess made cookies 2 days and they were delicious. Great little place. Definitely recommended」

「Ashley at the front desk gave us a cheerful welcome when we arrived and was continuously helpful during our stay. Food and service at both the restaurant and the cafe were excellent. This is an old hotel so expect the kind of quirks you’d find in any historic place. Thirty minute soak in the hot spring-fed spa is complimentary for guests! It was charming!」

「Great property! super comfy and clean. the fire pit we had wouldn't light though; cabin next to use had to manually light theirs but we couldn't get ours to function with the auto starter or a hand held lighter even after following the instructions.」

「The staff didn't seems friendly when we checked in. She were unhappy with our booking, I guess she couldn't earn more money since we booked the cheaper room. But we are guests, why she thought the unhappy face to us.」

「Arrived only to find the hotel rooms did not look like the photos at all. They must have been from another hotel. Even the lobby photos were different. The bedspreads were cheap and ugly, carpet was old and room was stinky.Our room had some kind of bugs, like mites. They were crawling on this sink, the bathtub and window sill. We immediately left. I went across the street to the Super 8. They just had a million dollare remodel by Wyndham, it was gorgeous..」

「Our family had the best time staying at Bear River Hot Springs! The rooms were clean, and had everything we needed to prepare our food, clean our clothes, and entertain ourselves (they had ping pong in the living room, as well as air hockey, puzzles, Kub, etc.). The hot springs/pools were perfect for everyone in our family - from our 6-year-old to our 48-year-old! The six-year-old is just learning to swim and was able to walk throughout the length of the hot spring pools when they needed to. The...

「Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!」
