The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
CITY TAX.
The tourist tax will be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, characterized by the presence of many holiday homes and vacation homes. It is located halfway between the lagoon and the sea, in an excellent position to fully enjoy both the environments, the panoramas, the scents and the typical activities of each. In the area you will find all the main services, including: supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, petrol stations. The historic center of Grado, with its pedestrian area, its restaurants, cafes and clubs is only one kilometer away.

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
