“The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly.”

“We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.”

“We had 16 of us that had an incredible weekend at this gorgeous home for the 40th reunion of our college pledge class. The main areas of the house had more than enough room for all of us to gather and catch up. There are many, many bedrooms that were found in all parts of the house that worked well for our group. It was such a fun weekend with many new memories that were made.”

“we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. Super close to restaurants,Power and Light district and the free train.Convenience store across the street We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again. The……

“Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls.”

“Melody is a great host with comfortable space at the basement level. There were a couple concerns that she explained & assured me would be addressed. It was only 20 minutes from the Cable Dahmer Arena, and that was my focus for the Chris Tomlin Holy Forever World Tour. Do prefer a more functional kitchen option. Did not use the shower or fireplace. The property could use a renovation update. Thank You Melody !”

“Loved the stay! Nearly every room has fun moody lighting and extras! The towel warmer in the bathroom is a sweet touch! Even left a few things behind and was able to quickly coordinate picking them up the day after our stay! 10/10 will stay again.”

“Nice clean condo with a fairly convoluted check-in. Follow the provided instructions exactly! Also, you can't park at the building, you have to find your own parking. The garage suggestions on the listing can't be used - the bank garage is for bank employees and monthly tenants, the library garage is not open 24/7. Spring 2024, construction of some sort is being done on the building, beware you may experience a planned power outage. We were not warned in advance, our first night had an outage……
