We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they……

“The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise. “all inclusive food is good, plenty of variety and choices, good ingredients quality. also drinks available almost the whole day in either restaurant, pool bar or hotel bar. Staff is great, friendly and trying to always provide the best support. Location of the hotel is great, within 10 min walking from the beach, 5 min walking to Siam Mall and Siam Park, easy access with car to the highway, 20 min drive to the Tenerife Sur airport. ”
