Apartment near to Alhambra close to amenities.

Two bedroom apartment, up a hill from Plaza Nueva with views to Alhambra. With a terrace you can relax at after 109 steps, with a small pool(summer only).

At the heart of the Alhambra district

Sweet little apartment just off the Cuesta Gomerez. Amazing Views from the balconies. Very close to Plaza Nueva. I want to live here!

Perfect Location

We really liked staying here. A little flavor of local life, comfortable lodgings and an incredible terrace and access to Alhambra. Also very convenient to every other tourist and gastronomic hot spot. Would come right back here next time in Granada.

Exceptional Experience

We had a wonderful stay. It was so spacious, clean and had amazing view from the terrace. It was an excellent location near Alhambra, shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the property, clean, quiet, and had everything necessary for us. The best feature of this property is its location. It is central to everything and just feet away from the entrance to the Alhambra Forest. I would recommend it to everyone and would stay there again.

Perfect

This was our favorite of the three rentals we had in Spain. The condo was super clean, well equipped and perfect location. Only stayed two nights but had we known how beautiful it was we wished it had been longer. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent apartment. Clean, updated and close to everything especially Alhambra. Common terrace with stunning views of Alhambra and Granada was perfect for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Property management was attentive and gracious.

Apartment stay next to Alhambra

Clean and comfortable with excellent location. Benefit of rooftop terrace, 110 steps up to it. The only downside is the noisey neighbours above, they sound like they are moving furniture about late at night and start again at 7.30 in the morning, such a shame as otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Ideal location

Very comfortable apartment located very close to the Alhambra. Some long stairs lead to a private patio area with stunning views of the Alhambra and the city. There is also a nice restaurant just down the street located at the top of a building with great views. Be aware that the apartment is located on a very steep street, so it was huff and puff time for this oldster.

Alhambra was basically out the door. The rooftop patio has a stunning view of Alhambra and the Old City. The suite was comfortable and large with many personal touches. The only concern would be that it would be cold in the winter. We were there mid October and even with the heating, it was chilly. Highly recommended.

The perfect VRBO experience

The apartment was lovely. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, blocks from the entrance to the Alhambra, and away from the intensity of the tourist area. And Carmen stayed inside in communication before and during the stay. Clearly focused on creating a positive experience for her guests.

What a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, very quiet, is in a great location and has great views from an upper patio on the property. The apartment appeared to be recently renovated and well cared for. We were warmly greeted and checked in. Communication with the property manager was professional, friendly, prompt and responsive. All aspects of communication were good. There was a list of recommended restaurants and local information that was very helpful. The apartment is very close to the Alhambra and and many restaurants. We felt safe and got around almost entirely by walking.

Property is excellent location . Roomy and very clean. Our only complaints are regarding the property manager. We received a very hasty 2 sentence welcome and were handed the keys. When I messaged twice about where to leave the keys at departure because this was not explained to us , I received no response at all.

The property is immediately off the Alhambra forest and we can see the Alhambra Alcazaba from our balconies! It is within short walking distances to great restaurants, souvenir shops and markets. The property is very clean and has all the amenities a traveler needs away from home. The host, Asun, is excellent!! She went above and beyond to assist my mother who uses a walker. We will definitely come back here when we return to Granada next year and to stay much longer since we found such a wonderful flat!!

Excellent Location and Breathtaking Terrace

This apartment was very well situated, close to the entrance to the Alhambra and walking distance to many restaurants. Carmen was excellent to communicate with, she arranged parking for us outside of the historic centre, and the apartment was excellently presented with many added touches like restaurant suggestions. The kitchen was also well equipped. The rooftop terrace had outstanding views of the city and the Alhambra, definitely a place to enjoy a glass of wine after many hours of walking/touring. We would highly recommend, this was one of our favorite stays while touring Andalusia.

Fabulous apartment near Alhambra

We had a magical stay at Carmen's apartment in Granada last week. We couldn't have imagined a better location. It was steps from Alhambra and there is a gorgeous shared terrace that you can have your morning coffee or evening cocktail that overlooks Alhambra and the entirety of Granada. It was amazing! The apartment was really well equipped, very clean, great kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. It was the perfect apartment for our time in Granada. I wish we could have stayed longer! Carmen and Asun were so easy to connect with when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Nice apartment near Alhambra

The apartment is clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the old part of the city, just a 5 minute walk up the hill from Plaza Nueva. Here were able to easily catch the visitor tram to Alhambra. With several shops and restaurants nearby, we parked our car and navigated the area for two days on foot. There is a rooftop terrace, but unfortunately, the access door was locked. Thank you, Carmen for sharing your apartment with us.

Fantastic stay in Granada!

I was a little leary at first due to leaving the car in another part of town but turned out we couldn't have been happier! The old part of the city is fabulous and just a maze of streets everywhere! The apartment was just perfect and we cud see the Allahambra from the balcony! Awesome and Carmen was very responsive with every request! She left a book of instructions and references for restaurants and bus schedules! Was perfect and would stay there again should we return to Granada! A big thumbs up!!
