This spectacular 80 m² apartment, fully renovated and brand new, is the ideal place to enjoy Granada with modern comfort and an unbeatable location. Located right on the iconic Plaza Bib-Rambla, in the heart of the historic center, it offers a unique experience just 50 meters from the Cathedral and the Alcaicería market, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all the charm of the city.
Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a bright, contemporary space. The spacious and cozy living room features three balconies overlooking the square, letting you enjoy the vibrant Granada atmosphere from indoors. It includes a comfortable sofa, 50" Smart TV, and split air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and small appliances (capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster), ideal for both short and long stays.
There are two elegant bedrooms, each with a 150x190 cm bed, spacious wardrobes, and a peaceful ambiance for restful nights. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a large shower and all necessary amenities.
The building offers elevator access, 24-hour concierge service, video surveillance in common areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A crib and high chair are also available for families with children.
It is important to note that, although the building has an elevator, it is necessary to climb a few steps to reach it.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
