“We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and offered easy access to the the ski lodge and lifts. Overall the condo was clean but could have used a deep clean as the walls and doors were a bit dirty. And it only had 1 tv - a second tv in the primary bedroom would have been a nice bonus. But on the whole, a nice place to stay.”

“This is our second time staying in this condo and just like the first time it was perfect. Met all our needs and was exactly as pictured. I’d highly suggest anyone planning to ski and is not in to the big tourist city attractions to stay at Granby Ranch. You will be pleasantly surprised of the ease and convenience of the ski in/out access. The condo is very clean, furnished with everything you would most likely need and conveniently located very close to a grocery store and gas station. My……

“You will never have a better location for skiing as a family. Its a true ski in, ski out. It allowed my teens to come and go as needed on the slopes. Perfect.”

“The host is great, he checked in to make sure everything was ok. He made sure my family had a great Christmas. My kid and grandkids another condo, but being on slope side we were able to sit on the balcony and watch them ski. They could ski up to us and we could toss them water and snacks and they were back skiing. The condo was great and the host was great. This is our 3rd to Granby, this condo was the best location.”

“If you are going to Granby, especially in the ski season, there is no better or convenient location than this. The condo is spacious and the deck is expansive, as well as being centered in the complex which provides a full view. The condo is well-equipped in the kitchen and has plenty of games; the host seems very caring about her guests and her property. She said they have a planned renovation/remodel during this year so any pics I would have posted will be outdated. I would give a hearty……

“We had the best time skiing at Granby Ranch and the location of this condo was perfect. Put our boots on in the morning and walk over to the slope and we were on our way to a couple of great days of skiing. The condo was also just what we wanted and expected. There is a great kitchen with big dining room table for us and our friends to gather around. The bedrooms worked out great and we enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub! This place was perfect for our group and we’ll definitely look to……

“Our stay was made perfect with the house and hot tub. All bedrooms were comfortable. Room for the ones not skiing to play at the house. The kids loved playing in the snow at the house espicially with the sleds provided. Would suggest more towels and silverware.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this private mountain home with our family. It was great having a large driveway and space to park our trailer with UTVs. The riding trails were close by along with fun activities and restaurants in the town of Grand Lake. The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the large deck to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. We hope to be back in the winter. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”
