Property was clean, revamped lobby, older rooms but maintained. We had an issue at check in since it was an Expedia purchase. The manager rectified it in the morning and made it good. It was a late arrival and night person did not have 2 beds in one room. Initially, she suggested our son could sleep on the floor. My wife said no, so she put us in 2 separate rooms. We talked to the manager in the morning and she apologized and put us back together in one room with 2 beds for the 2nd night as well as gave my wife points on her IHG account for the inconvenience. Used Expedia many times throughout the years, heard of this happening, first time happened to me. Really, the local hotel fixed the initial issue so kudos to them for treating us right.
