My car broke down on the interstate a few hours south. Hotels.com attempted to get a refund on my stay, however, the hotel staff were hard to reach and originally unaccommodating to the electronic request. Never had a chance to make it to the property and stayed stuck in TN for 3 nights with no word ...

Our stay was wonderful! The property was serene and absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was great and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Our favorite place to stay! The porch was great. The pond fountain was very relaxing and so beautiful at night. We will definitely go back for another stay.
