“The location of this condo is great for ski trip as it is right between Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park, with a bus stop right out front of the condo complex. The wooded views are beautiful out the side and back windows. Although it is a bit dated, it was clean comfortable and for the price paid, I considered it to be a tremendous value. “Must stay! Stayed here with my 3 kids (7, 4 and 3 months) and husband. The older kids loved playing outside and seeing the fish in the creek. I loved wine/coffee next to the river and we all felt cozy and safe inside. It was clean, host was very easy to get ahold of and being that close to the river can’t be best. Also less than 5 min walk to main part of town!! ”

“Well, I wish we could give this a better rating. The place was clean. Unfortunately, our first impression was to be greeted by a bunch of real estate paperwork advertising the place for sale, for 575,000. Our family also rented another unit in the same building. They were greeted by a personalized message and a gift basket of snacks. Apparently the realtor had "staged" our unit, so everything was hidden. We finally found the coffee maker this morning in a closet. There was a missing light bulb……

“Great cabin right on the slope”

“Perfect location to hop on a bus to go to the resort or walk down the street to grab a bite to eat. Trailheads are close by. Very functional, modern, efficient. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended, would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“They address on the listing is incorrect. Then in the check-in process they neglected to provide building number. The apartment was very clean and very convenient to shuttle and stores. It would have been a great stay if it was for the building number and address was different for listing , check-in ect. Incorrect Wi-fi password and the codes to enter building are kept timing out and # disappearing so difficult to enter. There is o actual # to call is issues had to communicate though app and it……
