「Do NOT plan to arrive early to this hotel or be treated kindly. We arrived around 3:00 pm knowing that check in is at 4 pm, but most hotels can accommodate an early check in if the rooms are ready. We explained that we would like to check in so we could freshen up prior to our 4:30 pm cab pickup and dinner reservation at 5 pm. 「Property was very quaint, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the amenities were appropriate for the property. The pool was small but very nice providing a view of the hills surrounding St. Thomas and overlooking the town itself. It was within walking distance of just about everything that we wanted to see. 「The hotel is located in a bad, sketchy area and I did not feel safe during my stay. The room lacked basic amenities such as a safe, microwave, glasses, and tea/coffee facilities. The shower water temperature fluctuated between cold and warm, with very poor water pressure, and there was no shampoo provided. Additionally, there were problems with the electricity. 」
