“We had a great stay at this home in Buffalo. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful art pieces throughout, which made it feel warm and inviting. There was plenty of room to spread out, and everything was comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area, especially with a group!”

“When we arrived at approximately 2pm there was no heat with temps outside in the 20s. We called and finally at 10:30 pm someone showed up. Apparantly the pilot light was out on one of the three furnances. The third furnance didn't work therefor two of the back bedrooms and bathrooms had no heat. Two space heaters were dropped of and that blew a fuse. They finally fixed the fuse still no hear there were many excuses we never got heat.
