"Points négatifs: Hôtel vieillot, évacuation de la douche bouchée, petit déjeuner "frugal" (fromage, croissants, pains au chocolat, pain brioché, pain de mie, biscottes, confitures & co, compote, yaourt, céréales, boissons chaudes, jus de pomme et orange), bruits de tuyauterie la nuit, pas d'opacité sur la fenêtre (donc obligé de laissé le store fermé pour l'intimité, même en matinée). Points positifs: Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute, chambre propre dans sa globalité (y compris frigo & micro onde), présence de frigo et micro onde dans les chambres, bien insonorisé concernant les voisins, literie confortable, le réassort du petit-déjeuner est fait rapidement, rapport qualité prix, places de parking, situation géographique. "

"Terrible stay. Arrived very late after a long 1,800km drive and the room was small, crowded and no working AC. No staff to complain to. Hugely disappointing. Be careful if you arrive outside of business hours. "

"Good hotel , clean and comfortable room , comfy bed , nice bar area , pizzas in restaurant very good . Only thing missing is extra pillows for bed . Only two supplied for double bed . "

"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"Somewhat brusque check in but all other staff could not do enough for you including the lovely lady on breakfast who was kind enough to sit us in the bar and get us a coffee when we explained we didn't want a full breakfast despite being rushed off her feet. There is a pizza vending machine in the carpark which actually is not bad."
