The beautiful old hotel did not live up to our expectations. While it is gorgeous in the lobby, we found our room to be lack luster. Bathrooms in need of an overhaul, air in the room was hot and stagnant. No mini fridge or real storage.. the closet in our room had one old looking robe and one other ...

Very nice, modern and comfortable. Located really close to Regent and shopping/restaurants. They even shoveled snow for me and brushed the snow off my car the morning I left! Love that! Would stay here again.
