"Breakfast was delicious and maintained daily by the very pleasant and helpful staff!! The rooms were clean and maintained every other day. The pools definitely needed to be cleaned but I do understand that it was off season so less people were around. The hot tubs were fabulous! The Reels restaurant was amazing! Each day we went the food was 5 stars! Steven was really great, gave recommendations, and was very attentive. Overall the stay was so amazing we will for sure be back!!"

"An unforgettable getaway that exceeded every expectation from the moment we walked through the lobby. The location was fantastic and the room with the ocean view balcony was an absolute treasure and perfect place to unwind. The outdoor pool area was the highlight of our stay. The water was crystal clear, kept at a warm temperature, and surrounded by clean, comfortable lounge chairs. There was a separate, quieter zone for adults to relax while the kids had a blast splashing around, plus well-maintained common areas throughout the property. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. The bedroom smelled fresh, the bathroom was spotless with fluffy white towels, and the housekeeping team quietly kept everything tidy without ever being intrusive.Even the elevators, hallways, and lobby seating areas were polished. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth the second we arrived.When we needed extra pool towels and a late checkout option, the front desk handled it within minutes with a smile and zero hassle. For the quality of the pools, the modern room comfort, and the level of service we received, the price felt like a true bargain. We genuinely felt we got more value here than at many pricier resorts."

"It was a great hotel and the price was incredibly low. We got an excellent deal on Hotels.com, which also made it super easy to find the hotel we needed and to book a room. It exactly met our needs, and even exceeded our expectations. This was a blessing to us as we were very tired after driving over six hours to get there. The staff was very professional and made a lot of effort to make sure we were happy. A shout out to Gayle who worked breakfast. She was so nice and helpful. She even learned my name and said, "Good morning, Lisa" every morning of the 5 nights we stayed there. Every morning she checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I was so impressed with her that I want to mention her here so her management is aware of what a credit she is to the hotel."
