"One night stay to catch a morning flight. We were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful-very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. All staff we encountered was 5star. Room was very clean and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the airport we were. Only negative is there is not much at all around the hotel. They serve breakfast and dinner but not lunch. There is a small bar that serves nice cold drinks. A short walk to a neighbourhood hotel was recommended for lunch and was very good. We paid 5 Euro each for a shuttle bus ride to the airport in the morning that picked us up at the hotel. There is a free shuttle but it is a short walk away and not well marked. Breakfast was ok but not great. Again, staff is wonderful!"

"If you make sure to get a newly renovated room, all is good. If you don’t, it’s a completely different stay. The rooms that are not renovated are dingy older and need a deep cleaning. Shower is small, etc. If you get a newly renovated room it’s completely opposite. Air-conditioning is fabulous. Beds are comfortable pillows are wonderful, etc. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the pool and pool chairs were fabulous. The concierge staff need to get a little more training. They were unable to really answer questions about the area, the restaurants things to do, etc. They were young locals who really didn’t seem very trained. For example, when I asked if they could make a reservation for dinner the concierge said “you want ME to call?“ That was a little surprising. She was very sweet, but they need training on what a concierge’s role is in a nice hotel."

"Positive: Check-in process, cleanliness, location in relation to the airport, room service. Cons: The room temperature was very warm, we asked the front desk for help with maintenance assistance with the AC unit, but there wasn't much they could do about it. We were also disappointed that it was end of May and the swimming pool was not open, not even filled. We were looking forward to a swim to cool off from the warm days."
