"Staff is friendly and room was clean 👍"

"Our room was showing serious signs of age and neglect. The shower door clearly broke at some point - rather than replace it they mounted a shower rod inside the shower and hung a cheap curtain. Towels were extremely thin and worn from use and one of the 4 pillows on our bed should have been thrown in the garbage it was so old. The rest of the room just looked beat up. We used to really enjoy this hotel as it is one of the only ones in Grande Prairie with a true suite (separate bedroom) however we won’t stay here again."

"We enjoyed our recent start very much. The rooms were very comfortable and clean . Although a little disappointed that the pool was down , we were impressed with the amenities available. The on duty desk clerk, named Christa , was very friendly and warm and made us feel very welcome . She was very well informed about the services offered and was diligent in ensuring our needs were met Will definite return ! "
