「Place was not clean, dead bugs around in corners of the room. My sibling also booked a room and there was a black plastic bay with needles found in it. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Booked for 2 days and left within 24hrs. The only thing I liked was how nice the man at check in was about me wanting to leave lol」

「Two hairdryers, not one working. Plug-ins that didn't work. Floors dirty. Easy chair with the covering shredded. Lady begging money. The staff was very nice and obviously with LOTS of work!」

「Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down. The only nice person was the man at the front desk」

「Been here a couple of stays and the takeaway has always been the excellent customer experience from the staff. Front desk is amazing and the staff from kitchen to housekeeping is always so friendly and says Good Morning. It’s the little things that make the difference.」
