“Came as a family with kids. Property is in great shape as the owners have done a renovation recently. Plenty of room to hangout inside or on the patio to hang out. Full kitchen for budget friendly food options. Great pool and courtyard to let the kids roam and soak up the vacation vibes. Great room and owners who communicated great prior, during, and at checkout. Definitely recommend this listing.”

“Diana communicates usually within a few hours and the checkin process was easy. Place was nice. My only negative and it’s not the specific place but the whole complex. It’s a “Owner vs Renter” dynamic that does take away a little bit from the stay. The Owners want everything and lose their minds if you use something that they think is theirs. This trip it was the owner of condo 1. losing their mind over boat parking with a member of our group who was an owner. Diana does explain who you need to……

“Wonderful home! Amazing boat. The bedrooms were just slightly smaller than we thought. This house is great for outdoor time and coming home to sleep and kick back. The pool amenities are awesome and the home has quick access plus an amazing porch to hang out on!”
